Doug Nidiffer - President & Chief Executive Officer

Doug Nidiffer, the son of C&K founders, Ray and June Nidiffer, grew up in the family business and today serves as the President & Chief Executive Officer. After graduating from Oregon State University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree, Doug returned to Brookings and the company. After serving in roles in every aspect of C&K's operations, he became Vice President in 1980. After Ray's retirement in 1997, Doug became the company's second President & Chief Executive Officer.

Greg Sandeno - Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Joining C&K Market in 2005, Greg is an accomplished leader and veteran of the supermarket industry. He is widely recognized as an executive whose management skills inspire others to exceed expectations. Bringing over 26 years of experience in the Retail arena, Greg has held strategic positions including Group Vice President of Retail Operations & Senior Vice President of Retail for Nash Finch Company. Additionally, Greg occupied leadership roles with the Fred Meyer division of Kroger as Regional Manager, Director of Food Operations, Director of Store Operations & Vice President of Operations.

In his role today, Greg is responsible for implementing the company's strategic vision, overseeing Operations, Merchandising and Marketing, in Ray's Food Place, Shop Smart Food Warehouse, Price Less Foods and Pharmacy Express.

Alan Nidiffer - Vice President & Chief Information Officer

Alan Nidiffer, Vice President & Chief Information Officer joined C&K in 2005. As part of the founding family, Alan grew up in the company holding many positions through the years. After graduating from Oregon State University with a degree in Management Information Systems, Alan took a job as a staff IT programmer with Willamette Industries. After an acquisition, he left Weyerhaeuser Company as a Senior IT Analyst in 2005 to rejoin C&K. Alan and his staff continues to work at modernizing the IT system at C&K to meet the current and future demands of the grocery industry.

Elizabeth Bauer – Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & General Counsel

In this role, Elizabeth works with her teams in Finance, Accounting, Legal, Real Estate Development and Human Resources to help support the continued strategic growth of C&K. Elizabeth received her Juris Doctorate, Masters of Business Administration, and Bachelors of Arts from the University of Oregon. Prior to joining C&K in 2006, Elizabeth was a corporate and healthcare attorney at a regional firm in Eugene, Oregon. Elizabeth currently serves on the board of the Center for Law & Entrepreneurship at the University of Oregon, School of Law, and is past Chair of the ABA Business Law Section, Health Law Committee.
